SPRUCE Entered the Austrian Market with a Prime Built-to-Suit Asset near Vienna

SPRUCE expanded its advisory portfolio with CAE Aviation Training Centre near Vienna International Airport — a highly specialized property anchored by a long-term blue-chip tenant.

Located in Schwechat with direct access to the A4 motorway and the airport, the 8,077 sqm built-to-suit training centre was developed for CAE Inc., a global leader in aviation training. The technologically advanced complex combines office and clean-operation industrial space designed for professional pilot training. It also features strong sustainability attributes, including a timber structural framework, LED lighting, BMS control, rainwater reuse and planned photovoltaic installation.
