Managing Director & Head of Asset Management
Responsible for overseeing a commercial real estate portfolio of over 430,000 m² across Central and Eastern Europe.

Our asset management team works closely with leasing agents and property managers to maximize asset value, optimize occupancy rates, and identify new revenue opportunities.
Tomasz Gnich
Senior Asset & Leasing Manager
Responsible for: five logistics parks across Poland, industrial facility in Opole and two truck & bus service centers in Gdańsk and Wrocław.
Experienced in: managing, creating and driving leasing and development strategies for industrial and logistics assets (involved in over 80 lease transactions for approx. 620,000 sqm).
Prior to joining SPRUCE Asset Management, spent over 10 years within Panattoni’s Emerging Markets department and Industrial Department of BNP Paribas Real Estate.
Proficient in: industrial and logistics leasing, development strategies as well as brokerage advisory.

Anna Kacprzak
Senior Asset Manager
Currently responsible for real estate properties located in Szczecin, Katowice, Gdynia and Vienna.
Experienced in asset management of different types of real estate including shopping malls, office buildings, warehouses and 4-star hotel located across CEE region.
Before joining SPRUCE Asset Management she worked for leading organizations such as DWS, Deutsche Bank, EY and Colliers.
Proficient in: managing diverse real estate portfolios and driving sustainable asset performance. During her years with different organizations she developed a specialization in asset management, transaction support, leasing, valuation support and location strategies.

Agnieszka Podoba
Junior Asset & Office Manager
Responsible for: office and administration workflow management, support in managing the company's real estate portfolio and assets
Experienced in: administration, office management, team leading, coordination and cooperation with suppliers and technical teams, modern geodesy and cartography techniques, surface measurement standards, photography and marketing
Before joining SPRUCE Asset Management, worked with property managers on the adaptation of new standards of area measurements for budgeting purposes. Collaborated with architects on architectural inventories of historic buildings in the process of revitalization and modernization.

Aneta Jakubiec
Deputy Managing Director / Finance & Accounting Director
Responsible for: overseeing the entirety of financial and accounting operations, ensuring strategic alignment with corporate objectives, transparency of financial performance, and operational efficiency.
Experienced in: financial planning and forecasting, budgeting and cost control processes, global commercial real estate acquisitions, implementation of SAP systems, leading and developing finance and accounting teams of 10+ professionals in an international business environment. Skilled in establishing robust internal controls, optimizing business processes, and elevating financial reporting standards to meet international compliance requirement

Responsible for: overseeing day to day finance and accounting of 3 SPVs located in Gdynia, Katowice and Warsaw including provision of monthly reporting, budgeting, cash management, bank facility compliance, tax compliance and audit coordination.
Experienced in: accounting/finance for commercial real estate companies, both for funds and corporate entities, working in an international environment across Europe and US.
