SPRUCE Manages Premium Office Complex Centrum Południe in Wrocław (Poland)

SPRUCE has been appointed for management of the second phase of the premium office complex Centrum Południe in Wrocław to its portfolio.

Centrum Południe II is a modern, sustainability-driven office building located in Wrocław’s prime business district on Powstańców Śląskich Street. Completed in 2023, it offers more than 21,500 sqm of A-class office and retail space, over 200 parking spaces, and a wide range of tenant amenities. The building holds leading environmental certifications — LEED Platinum (with the second-highest score in Europe) and WELL Gold — and is fully leased, predominantly to BNY Mellon.
